Tours begin promptly. Late arrivals are typically not accommodated or refunded, so please arrive 10–15 minutes early. However, in cases of an emergency or unexpected delays—we’ll do our best to help you catch up with the group at the next stop.

Unfortunately, our tours are not suitable for guests with mobility-related disabilities, and the route is not wheelchair accessible.

Our itinerary and food options may not be the best fit for young children, as the tour involves a lot of walking and standing, which can be challenging for little ones. We recommend the tour for children aged 12 and older.

Gratuities for restaurant staff are included, but not for your tour guide. Our guides work hard to create an exceptional experience for every guest. While tipping is never required, a 10% gratuity per person is customary and always greatly appreciated if you enjoyed your tour.
